Anyone else noticed, that celestial (enchanter certyficate) don't work? When its on and You hit smth it disappear. Please fix it

if you hit someone, it dissapears coz you hit.
if you dont hit. its will not dissapear until time goes off

I wanted ask, becouse on other servers its still on, when You hit. So Celestial is unusful. It became piece of crap from great skill which could save life. :/
